We will contact you through an emergency channel when a security incident occurs, to ensure that you do not miss any alert emails sent by AWS outside of business hours. We will provide the necessary steps and information for recovery via phone, based on Classmethod’s experience in assisting customers, to help you recover your system in a timely manner.
In addition, large EC2 instances will be automatically stopped by our proprietary protection system (Guard Rail), which is pre-configured to minimize damage caused by improper usage.
We also provide support for inquiries beyond technical assistance, such as acting as a billing representative, making changes to AWS membership contracts, requesting AWS service limit increases, or creating new AWS accounts. Those who are unfamiliar with submitting requests and navigating AWS procedures directly can contact us for further assistance.
